Sam Ingber
CEO & Principal Owner
Sam Ingber
Sam is a founding partner in Brookstone Management, LLC. Sam has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, specializing in multi-family projects. Prior to founding Brookstone, Sam lead a successful hedge fund purchasing distressed and underperforming properties, and executing the total rehabilitation process including securing contracts with local municipalities to remove urban blight from condemned properties and helping to rebuild communities.

Abraham Goodman

Abraham Goodman
As the original founder of Brookstone’s parent company, Goody’s Property Preservation, Abraham brings to Brookstone close to two decades of seasoned experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate, property preservation, and management. Under Abraham’s direction, Brookstone has metamorphosed into a large-scale nationwide provider of REO services and management solutions.

Patrick Pannkuk
SVP of Business Development
Patrick Pannkuk
Patrick Pannkuk is the SVP of Business Development and Client Management for Brookstone Management, a leader in the field services industry. Pannkuk brings over 17 years of industry experience to his role after multiple senior leadership positions held at Wells Fargo prior to joining Brookstone. Nearly all of that tenure was spent in the default servicing sector. His most recent post prior to joining Brookstone Management was the SVP of Third-Party Engagement and Oversight, where he was responsible for the central care and management of many of the vendors utilized across default. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business.

Kerrie Olson

Kerrie Olson
Kerrie Olson is the Director of Operational Initiatives. Kerrie brings more than 20 years of experience in mortgage, banking, and default servicing, Kerrie is a seasoned operations leader known for driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements. As Director of Operational Initiatives at Brookstone Management, she oversees capacity monitoring, pipeline management, and process optimization to ensure strong performance and service delivery across client portfolios. Prior to joining Brookstone, Kerrie held leadership roles in the mortgage industry, where she specialized in operational analysis, compliance alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across legal, risk, technology, and operations teams.
